Cambridge I

Cambridge I consists of thirteen 4-plex buildings. These quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments, are located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Casey’s General Store, Green Mill, and Ruff’s Wings and Sports Bar. Apartments include stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, in-wall air conditioning unit, and a single car attached garage. Washing machine and dryer are coin operated, and located in the foyer area of each building. Tenant pays for electricity; and phone, cable, and internet, if Tenant would like those services. Landlord pays for gas (heat), water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. Cambridge I is not pet friendly, and no smoking is permitted. All adults are required to complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur. There is no application fee.
