The upper units are approximately 1,480 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms, an additional bonus room, 1 bathroom, and have a private 14 x 8 balcony patio. These units start at $1,365.00 per month. Lower apartments are approximately 1,180 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and have a poured cement 12 x 14 walk-out patio. These units start at $1,295.00 per month. Cambridge III is not pet friendly, and no smoking is permitted. All adults are required to complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur. There is no application fee.
